HISTORY
C & V Engineering Pte Ltd was established on 14th June 1982 in Singapore by our current Managing Director, Er. Vashdev A. Khialani, with the mission of providing professional design consultancy services for Civil and Structural Engineering projects across the country. Since its inception, the firm has earned a reputation for delivering reliable services in the field of Building Engineering Consultancy.
Over the past 43 years, the company has contributed valuable engineering design and project management expertise to a wide range of projects within the Civil and Construction sectors. C&V Engineering’s diverse portfolio spans Commercial, Residential, and Industrial structures, with project values ranging from several million dollars to modest sums in the thousands.

ABOUT THE QUALIFIED PERSON

Er. Vashdev A Khialani is a Registered Professional Engineer in the Institute of Engineers, Singapore and a Qualified Person and has been in the field of Civil and Structural Consultancy since 1982.
Having finished his Bachelor’s degree in the field of Civil Engineering in 1974 at the, then Singapore University, now National University of Singapore, he started his career working for the Housing and Development Board, Singapore. This gave him an opportunity to be a part of the Planning, Engineering design, Contract management and Supervision segment of HDB for many projects viz. Ang Mo Kio New Town N' hood 4 & 6 inclusive of Bridge at AMK Ave 9, Rajah Court Development inclusive of Bridge, Ah Hood Road Estate etc. Having learnt the basics of Civil Engineering through various HDB projects he went on to become an Acting Section Chief Engineering (Civil) at M/S Matthew Hall Engineering (SEA) Pte Ltd, Singapore. He was responsible for all the technical and administrative aspects of the section and co-ordination with other sections (process, mechanical, electrical, piping & project). This enabled him to be part of some important projects in Singapore like the construction and erection of 4 modules for Tapis 'D' Platform in South China Sea for M/S Sembawang Engineering Pte Ltd, Lube Oil complex revamp and Meroux treatment plant revamp for Shell Eastern Petroleum Pte Ltd etc.
Through all these experiences he realized he has become a competent Professional Engineer who can provide innovative, Cost-effective, value based professional inputs for Civil and Structural Projects. He founded C&V Engineering Pte Ltd to provide Consultancy services in his field of Professional Expertise. For the last 43 years, C&V Engineering Pte Ltd and C&V Consultants has a track record of providing reliable services in Building Engineering Design, Fire Engineering Design and Construction based Environmental Engineering Design. He has been an active Professional Engineer and a Qualified Person and has involved himself in a lot of important projects for Singapore by being a QP for projects involving LTA, PUB and HDB Projects.
